Use the supplied 12mm screws to install the TPS to the throttle body housing. This throttle body was designed to work with OEM Honda & most aftermarket sensors. Because each brand TPS has a different calibration window (hall effect vs wiper, etc) it's highly recommended to use the engine management system to display the TPS value.

In most cases, setting the TPS in the center of the bolt holes will get it very close. Use the center bolts as a starting position, then verify and calibrate in the ECU software if necessary.
