The Idle Air Control Valve system can be used in three ways with this throttle body.

To completely remove the IACV, you must purchase the optional IACV block off plate. Item HYB-ICV-01-04 on the Hybrid Racing website.

This block off plate is designed specifically for this throttle body however it can be used on the OEM K20A2 throttle body.

Install the supplied gasket in the correct orientation. You can use a little silicone grease to condition the o-ring. Once the gasket is in place, install the block off plate and NPT plug into the body of the throttle body.

This will completely remove the IACV from the engine. You MUST disable the IACV control and set your idle manually. For manual idle adjustment, view step 3.
