Before you begin, you must select one of the two included spacers. The spacer should fit precisely on the gear selector pin.

Once you have determined which pin to use, push it through the beating. Make sure you install it with the retaining ring on TOP.

The spacer is also part of the bushing and the shifter cable will require the spacer to be on the bottom. The laser-etched face is the top.

Once the spacer is locked into the bearing, you can now proceed with the installation.

Insert the shifter cable end link onto the gear selector.

Then, install the cable through the transmission bracket. Secure with the supplied C clip.

Install the shifter cable onto the gear selector pin.

Then, push the shifter cable through the shifter cable bracket and secure it with the supplied C clip.

Install the cable through the shifter bracket.

Slide the end link onto the shifter pin.

Secure the cable with the shifter C clip.

Insert the cable through the shifter.

Secure with the shifter C clip.

Under the shifter, slide the cable onto the ball. Make sure it clips into place and does not slide off.

Be sure to install the cotter pin through the end link and use a wrench to tighten the end link nut.

Shift through all gears and confirm everything is smooth.
