| + | [* 10] The oem shifter cables are affixed to the transmission by (2) cotter pins and (2) “c”-shaped linkage clips. |
| + | [* 1] Next, with a flathead screwdriver pry up the back side of the “c” shaped linkage clip (Picture 2) then pry from the front, twisting the screwdriver (Picture 3). |
