Make sure you have clear access to the lower bumper. You will need to drill into the bumper so make sure you have enough room for your tools.
-
Clean the lower bumper surface.
-
-
-
Test fit the front lip using tape and a helping hand. Make sure the lip is even on both sides and lines up correctly to the lower portion of the bumper.
-
There shouldn't be any large gaps between the top of the lip and lower bumper.
-
-
-
Use the supplied hardware and screw the lip to the bumper. This lip requires you to screw directly into the plastic bumper, it does not use the OEM locations.
-
OEM Tabs would not offer enough support for the front lip so screwing it directly to the bumper is the best and strongest option.
-
The screw holes will not be visible if the lip is removed.
-
There are pre-drilled holes in the lip. Use those holes as the mounting locations.
-
-
-
Once mounted, clean the lip and wipe the center section with alcohol.
-
You can now attach the supplied name tag if you wish.
