Hybrid Racing PRB to ZDX Throttle Body Adapter

Remove existing throttle body and adapters. The Hybrid Racing adapter and gaskets are only parts required to convert from PRB pattern manifold to ZDX throttle body.

Manifold shown in install is Skunk 2 Ultra Street Manifold PN: 307-05-0600

Clean gasket mating surface of intake manifold. Ensure no dirt or oils on surface.

Check orientation of PRB pattern thermal insulating gasket. Correct orientation shown in first picture.

Place adapter and PRB gasket on manifold. Fasten adapter to manifold using x4 M8x1.25 20mm bolts.

Tighten to 16 lbf-ft using 6mm Allen/Hex drive.

Ensure that head of bolts are slightly recessed into adapter after tightening.

Do NOT use the split lock washers on this step.

Check orientation of ZDX pattern thermal insulating gasket. Shown correctly in first picture.

Place throttle body and ZDX gasket on adapter. Fasten to adapter using x4 M8x1.25 50mm bolts and 4x Split Lock Washers.

Tighten to 16 lbf-ft using 6mm Allen/Hex drive.

After installing throttle body, connect sensors and electronics on throttle body. Proceed to installing your air intake of choice.

Intake used in this install is Hybrid Racing Cold Air Intake for 06-11 Civic Si (PN: HYB-CAI-01-10)
