    • Begin by securing the vehicle on jackstands or on a car lift.

    • Remove the aluminum under panel.

    • There are four twist locks and four Phillips head bolts to remove.

    • Be very careful not to strip these, they are fragile.

    • Locate the rear engine mount, next to the exhaust front pipe.

  2. The rear engine mount is connected with two bolts. You will need a 19mm wrench and a 17mm socket on a ratchet or breaker bar. At first glance, it looks like you'll need to remove the front pipe in order for the bolt to slide out, however with a bit of wiggling you can get it out.

    • Begin by loosening both mount bolts. Remove the 17mm bolt at the rear.

    • Using the 19mm wrench, loosen the front bolt so that it lies inside of the mount. It should not be threaded into the bracket. It is ok if it touches the front pipe a little.

    • Use a prybar and pry the front of the mount downward. This will give you enough room to pull the bolt out past the front pipe.

    • Once you have the bolt out, you can remove it altogether. Pull the mount forward to slide it out.

  3. Install the Hasport mount with the aluminum washer facing up. Repeat the process as before, put the bolt halfway in and slide the mount in towards the rear subframe. You may need to use a mallet or rubber hammer to wedge it into place.w line.

    • 65ft-lbs for the 19mm bolt

    • 55ft-lbs for the 17mm bolt

    • Once the mount is back in place and torqued you can reinstall the aluminum lower cover.

    • Start the engine and make sure there are no abnormal noises.

    • KEEP IN MIND - This is an upgraded, stiffer engine mount. Stiffer means there will be more NVH transmitted through the chassis into the cabin. NVH means Noise, Vibration and Harshness. 62A is fine for street cars; anything stiffer than that will be more hardcore.

    • You will notice more vibration and engine noise inside of the car. This is normal. If you do not want this, do not change the mount.
